Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to complete the course?

It is an entirely self-paced online course, so it is really up to you. Spend as much time as you need to make sure you're able to fully engage with the materials and the new skills you're learning. There is a total of 5 hours of video lessons, but I would highly recommend allocating an equal amount of time to allow yourself to follow along with the example spreadsheets accompanying each lesson.

What if I am not satisfied with the course?

I would never want you to be unhappy with my training! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me in the first 7 days after purchase and I will give you a full refund. The only request I have is feedback as to why the course didn't fulfill your needs, but there's not 'right' answer to this question, I'd just like to improve it for future students.

What are the requirements of taking the course?

All you need is a PC with Microsoft Excel already installed. I'd recommend not using a Mac because the versions differ substantially and may not be as easy to follow. The lessons are in the main version of Excel at end of year 2019 but nearly all of the functionality applies to older versions as well.
